2. Products and Availability

2.1 All items sold on Vindema are vintage clothing, either new or barely worn.

2.2 Each product includes multiple detailed photos, including tags, along with a full
description.

2.3 Each item is unique. Once an item is sold, it will no longer be available.

2.4 Customers must carefully review the photos and descriptions before purchasing,
as no returns or refunds are accepted, except as provided in Clause 6.

2.5 The vintage nature of our products means that slight signs of wear, minor
imperfections, or variations in color and texture are normal and do not
constitute defects. Such characteristics are inherent to pre-owned clothing and
are part of their uniqueness and value.

2.6 Vindema makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs,
and prices are accurate. However, typographical errors, inaccuracies, or
omissions may occasionally occur. Vindema reserves the right to correct any
such errors and to change or update information at any time without prior
notice.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 All prices are displayed in [currency used on Shopify], including or excluding
applicable taxes, depending on regulations.

3.2 Payments are securely processed through Shopify, which accepts multiple payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).

3.3 No order will be shipped until full payment has been received and confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Destinations: Vindema ships only to Canada, the United States, France,
Germany, and Italy. For other destinations, please contact vindema.clothes@gmail.com.

4.2 Delivery Time: Estimated between 1 to 2 weeks, although most orders arrive
within a week.

4.3 Shipping Fees: Fixed and calculated based on the number of items ordered.

4.4 Vindema is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or
events beyond our control (see Clause 11).

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1 No returns or refunds are accepted, except as provided in Clause 5.3.

5.2 Vindema is not responsible for defects that were visible in the product photos
displayed on the website.

5.3 Exception for Unseen Defects: If an item is received in poor condition and the defect was not visible in the product photos, the customer must: Contact vindema.clothes@gmail.com within one week of receiving the item. Provide photos clearly showing the defect. A case-by-case solution may be offered at Vindema’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All photos and descriptions on the Vindema website are the exclusive property of
the company.

6.2 Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials by a third
party is strictly prohibited.

8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vindema shall not be liable for any indirect,
consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the
use of the website or the purchase of products. In all cases, Vindema’s total
liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in
question.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Vindema shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such
delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including
but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or
interruptions in transportation or supply chains.

10.1 You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to
purchase products on this website.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
